About me...
Hey there! This is Brian Maiolo, creator of the Purposeful Scaling System. I created this program because I found out first-hand as a copywriter and creative director working at NYC ad agencies how important purpose, culture and values are. Agencies I worked for either had truly amazing cultures, where people would do just about anything for the company. Or far from amazing. I noticed that the bigger the company became often times the worse the culture got. Unless they did a few things diifferently. (More on that later.)
My mission is to help companies grow without losing what made them a great place to be in the first place. 
Only after a mentor taught me a repeatable and complete system to unearth a company's purpose and values (that I combined with secrets I learned from change management experts to ensure adoption) was I able to help companies become strong at a foundational level that was idiot proof.
